How to use:

• Soak a cotton pad with Cellup Micro Cleansing Water and gently wipe the entire face from inner to outer areas.
• For stubborn eye or lip makeup, press the soaked pad for 10 seconds before gently wiping away.
• No rinse required, though you can follow up with lukewarm water or a light second cleanse if needed.
