RNW DER. MOISTAY Soothing Skin Toner is a gentle balancing toner designed especially for sensitive and dry skin. It blends cooling botanicals like guaiazulene, white rice flower, tea tree, centella asiatica, and heartleaf (Houttuynia Cordata) to calm redness, soothe irritation, and protect against environmental stress. Moisture-boosters such as hyaluronic acid, panthenol, and glycerin help form a protective moisture film on the skin, leaving it feeling hydrated, refreshed, and comfortable without tightness.

In addition to soothing and hydration, this toner helps refine skin texture for better absorption of subsequent skincare steps. Lightweight and soothing, it works well as both a morning and evening toner, and its hypoallergenic claims make it generally safe for sensitive skin.

Recommended for: Sensitive, dry skin, all skin types. 

How to use:

• After cleansing, dispense a proper amount onto hands or a cotton pad.
• Apply to face following skin texture (top-to-bottom, center-outward).
• Gently pat into skin for better absorption.
